Sinus Cleanse with Neti Pot 1. Fill the pot with lukewarm water and 1/2 tsp salt 2. Lean forward, bending from your hips 3. Tilt your head to right side 4. Breath through your mouth 5. Gently insert the spout into your right nostril 6. Pour water slowly while you breath through your mouth 7. Let half the water flow through the other nostril. 8. Repeat it on your left side.
Optional: Inhale steam for 3-5 minutes to melt the mucus down before you do neti. Use Ayurvedic Nasal oil for deeper cleanse, after neti.
