  1. Local, seasonal and natural food.
  2. Have a good variety and eat in moderation.
  3. Eat large meals during daytime. Make your evening meals earlier and smaller progressively.
  4. Use simple cooking methods and natural utensils.
  5. Eat food within 3 hours of cooking, or refrigerate.
  6. Frozen and refrigerated foods are fine, as long as you are steaming it before you eat.
  7. Start with a light to digest, warm, fresh, gentle, moist and soft in texture.
