Rama is one of Australasia’s most qualified and experienced practitioners in the field of Ayurveda. His classical training at India’s prestigious Ayurveda College for 7 1/2 years along with extensive sanskrit and yoga study gives him expertise in all areas of this healing science. An experienced Ayurvedic physician and teacher for over 15 years, Rama has a reputation as a gifted and sensitive healer with a warm and compassionate nature. Along with consulting and teaching at Ayurveda Elements Centre Rama is the principle lecturer for Nature Care College’s Ayurveda Diploma Course and and is the founder of The Australian Sanskrit Institute.
He is also a prolific author and clinical director for the firm Ayurvedic Remedies , where he researches the latest scientific data on Ayurvedic herbs. Rama’s enthusiasm for Ayurveda is contagious, as he believes ‘the more you give, the more you gain.’ His dynamic presentation skills make learning a memorable and enlivening experience. Rama’s clinical expertise introduces you to Ayurveda in a way that is easy to understand and implement as a tool for healing and happiness.

Caroline is a Naturopath, Homoeopath, Ayurvedic consultant and teacher. After graduating from natural therapies in Australia she spent four years in India studying Ayurveda. For over a decade Caroline has used a fusion of the best Eastern and Western healing methods to guide patients and students towards greater health and self-understanding. Her empathic yet pragmatic approach aims to empower others to take health into their own hands by focusing on self-care regimes, nutrition, postural alignment and attitudinal shifts. Caroline also enjoys writing about Vedic sciences and has published many articles on topics ranging from Ayurvedic Beauty Secrets, Ayurvedic Nutrition, Sex, Spirituality and Ayurveda, Moment Meditation along with a book on Vastu Shastra (Vedic Feng Shui.)
