The key factor of Ayurveda is Balance…Balanced gunas or elements gives a free life flow through the body, which caused equalization of the three Doshas (Vatha, Pitha, Kapha) from where all your seven dhatus (tissues) are functioning well and overall body is attaining a great state of strength, clarity, energy etc.
As an opposite, unbalance is causing all kinds of mental and physical disorders…by that very reason- suppressing natural urges of the mind and body. Here is the most common list of those key factors that are being neglected now-days: Food moderation, overall poor food quality and unbalanced quantity, poor sleep quality and lack of s good sleeping hours, lack of a connection with nature etc. And we’d like make an accent on the last one here, because it seems like we are underestimating its effect on the body-mind’s well being.
Nature is the most constructive property on the planet. It has direct influence on all levels starting with the body, subtle bodies, energy intake and circulation.
Talking about elements, which are the basis for Ayurveda, the outer and inner elements are interacting and with each other… by finding the balance, enhancing the healthy energy exchange within the system, with the outer environment, with nature.
Nature the complete balanced organism. It perfectly feels its needs: the heat to be produced, the air to be circulated, the water to be flown etc. It has its natural connectivity throughout the planet like a big network feeling and responding to every impulse.
It was a time when men were a part that network, part of a whole flora and fauna working as a holistic organism, never departing from its connectivity with the flow, coverage, protection, self-healing mechanism, completely in-tune, completely balanced.
Since the time of a technocratic environment and expansion merged in, year by year men are isolating themselves from that greatest organism of all…Not talking about negative influence on the planet due to that isolation…just focusing on us, human beings…We are getting less and less connected with our own inner elements, energy flows, healthy sensitivity and ability to nourish ourselves, in turn, aiming all possible comfort on the outer level, ignoring internal states of self-comfort.
For many is not that easy to find time and conditions to jump out from the city to the woods or mountains to reconnect and heal up, yet is greatest of a possibility. But what we can do as well is to work it out through the awareness…to become aware of that separation, disconnection, a necessity to be reunited and feel the flows again in and out.
Since the prime goal of Ayurveda is the balance and the establishment of those elements in their healthy positions, we provide and we offer here the methods to make that connection internally-through the awareness, inner energy flows and externally -working with nature, its energy flows, elements, elementals… looking and aiming that state of feeling of oneself, feeling the power, balance, knowing one own’s body.
During the tours and programs we offer, the mindfulness and a chakra energy work are incorporated to expand and enhance the whole process of reunion.
We are inviting you to take a part in it with full self-appreciation and joy.
